About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced ESG Advisory Sales Manager to drive growth in our ESG advisory business across industries and countries. This is a strategic role within the Sales team, requiring consultative sales expertise and a strong understanding of ESG/sustainability trends and services.You'll lead client engagements from prospecting to onboarding, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure successful delivery alongside our ESG advisory team. What you’ll do

·       Lead ESG advisory sales: Serve as the sales lead for ESGAdvisory, collaborating with advisory, marketing, and sales teams to deliver clear value propositions and meet growth targets.

·       Develop client solutions: Prospect, network, and engage clients to understand their ESG needs and tailor solutions that meet market demands.

·       Build strategic partnerships: Identify and nurture key partnerships to expand Diginex’s ecosystem, enhance service offerings, and drive growth in the ESG advisory space.

·       Manage proposals: Oversee proposals, RFPs, and project delivery, ensuring seamless transitions from sales to advisory teams.

·       Manage key client relationships: Build and maintain key relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and long-term engagement. Also maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM.

What you’ll bring

·      Experience: 5+ years in sales, business development, or advisory roles, ideally within a dedicated ESG/sustainability consultancy or dedicated ESG arm of a larger consultancy. Experience preparing and delivering advisory proposals and overseeing multiple client engagements simultaneously.

·      Proven results: A strong track record of consultative sales, partnership development, and delivering value to clients.

·      Expert communicator: Excellent presentation, proposal development, and client engagement skills.

·      Collaborative spirit: Experience working across sales, advisory, and marketing teams to achieve shared goals.But also, able to work on your own! We don’t like to micromanage...  

·      Organisational skills: Energetic, detail-oriented, and highly organised. Ready to work in a dynamic start-up environment.

·      Tech-Savvy: Proficient with standard IT programs and CRM software.

·      Fluent in English: Ability to communicate fluently in English. Other languages a plus.
