QA Automation Lead: Be the Architect of Quality

We're seeking Automation Tester Leads who are passionate about building robust test automation frameworks and processes. Your work will directly impact the quality of our ESG and supply chain products.

Technical responsibility:

• Automation Expertise:
  • 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and executing test automation frameworks and scripts.
  • Proven experience with Cypress for API testing automation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cypress and Playwright for building robust End-to-End (E2E) test suites.
  • Familiarity with K6 for load testing is a strong plus.
• Test Strategy & Management:
  • Experience in defining the scope of testing for projects based on risk assessment.
  • Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy aligned with Agile methodologies.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in automation testing. Confidential
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes and practices.
• Communication & Collaboration:
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams (developers, product managers, business analysts).
  • Strong customer focus with an understanding of UI/UX best practices.
    
    
• Mentorship & Leadership:
  • Proven ability to mentor and coach junior automation testers.
  • Lead by example, fostering a collaborative and quality-driven testing environment.
    
    
• Manual Testing Skills:
  • Ability to perform exploratory and manual testing to identify critical issues beyond automation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software defects.
