Tech Lead: Be the Architect of Change in the ESG Space

We're seeking Technical Leads who have a passion for building robust systems capable of withstanding the test of time. Your work will directly impact day-to-day operations and the lives of consumers in the Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) and supply chain sector.

Technical responsibility:

  • 5+ years of experience designing, building, and testing Node.js applications with modern JavaScript.
  • Extensive experience with TypeScript and Nest.js framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate frontend frameworks (preferably Vue 3) with backend services.
  • Design and implement efficient communication protocols using gRPC for microservices interaction.
  • Proficiency with Kubernetes or a similar container orchestration tool.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD implementation.
  • Strong Expertise with PostgreSQL and Redis.
  • Mastery of version control (git), CI/CD tools, and agile methodologies.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices in software development (e.g., unit testing with Jest/Vitest), and maintain high code quality standards.
  • Experience with multi-tenancy architecture (a plus).

  • Performance Metrics Advocate: You establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for your team’s output and quality, regularly assessing progress and making data-driven decisions to improve processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaborator: You build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring technical decisions support overall business goals and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Crisis Management Specialist: You are adept at navigating high-pressure situations, effectively managing crises that may arise during development. Your ability to remain calm and make strategic decisions ensures that the team stays focused and productive, even in challenging circumstances.
  • Fantastic communication skills. You're able to articulate what you're working on and why to the team in a clear and structured way.
  • Not afraid to dive into other’s code, refactor and rewrite if it’s best for maintenance and end user
  • Eye for good software engineering practices (E.g, experience in dealing with bad code and improving or refactoring with good design)
